well im gettin on a plane for SF to visit my brother & his wife in a couple hours, i'll still have internet there too tho of course.. i'll probly be busy having lotsa fun times in the next 5 days :3 I might even get to do an art project with piper's 4th graders. Last year she was just teaching drama and I went with her for a day of that and it was a lot of fun so.. yey~ hopefully while i'm there i can hang out with matt and gatt and gina and whoever else too!

valentine's day was nice, kinda low budget one but i made some dinner and had mmmmmmmm cinnamon hearts!! it's probly better that way

started playing okami, such a cool game! I'm excited to see more of it, but that'll hafta wait. hwaaaaaaaa

hmmmm talked on the phone to the fam who are all togethers in chicago for america thanksgiving, cept me U______U

the plan for christmas is kind of a drag too, but, it's not too bad. i know im lucky for what i got. my mom'll be in burlington so i'll go stay at the hotel with her christmas even and then spend christmas day at the nursing home with her and grandma, and then we're probably having dinner with some old family friends in oakville. it's a little weird cos one of the sons was one of my bestest pals when we were like four til we were eight living in nova scotia and then both of us have ended up moving pretty close again but now i don't really know him at all of course.. so.. it's just weird

*shruggggg* and then boxing day i'm goin' to windsor to see my dad and my other grandma for a bit, and my brother and his wife are staying out in california, so thus.. our christmas is all split up and junk . sigh.

hummm longish day, pretty merr. seeing my grandmother, it's so depressing. Just her whole attitude... very self centred, I guess, and her health is bad. My mom and my uncle try so hard to do everything they can for her but it's never good enough. I don't think I've ever heard her thank either of them, she just complains. u___u

i've been so moody all week too like ARG and i wanna go curl up in bed but i'm on the slow-release adderall now and I think I can't possibly sleep. It's not helping my appetite either, trying to eat more but I still dropped another 3 pounds. :\ I should probably quit caffeine but... school... blah. Maybe just smoke more weed. Of school, I should probably go in to work in the studio but ... I'll wait til tomorrow morning. I only really need about 2 hours of work.

I had this dream where i would jump out of the sky and i could go gently to the ground by sprinkling powder under me from a can.

just thinkin'.... i'm pretty happy things have turned out the way they did. this totally unexpected turn of events that just comes out of nowhere and ends up bein' exactly what i didn't know i wanted. but i feel like a big weight is lifted off of me, cos somehow i had resigned to a future i didn't feel much excitement for, just 'I'll try to make the best of this'. why did i think it was my only option? i guess i just wait for things to happen to me, i'm not confident enough to strive for anything in my own life or maybe i'm just too apathetic sometimes. so, i'm really glad for this change, cos i'm happy right now and i can think ahead with so much more possibility too. and like.. not feel so alone in it. yeah.

OK! energy drink is go! Now, thinkin' of what I gotta do.

Ben's movin int'share Jonnas room and he brought over his record player and a buncha records so we got a workin' one now and set it all up and with my reckids too cause i gotalot for some reason and he saw some the shiz i have, from like when i used to have a life, and becaem quite impressed by all my acquaintances of reknown. having once made out with half of deathfromabove but my subsequent rejection of goin all.. y'know,, that kind of awkward things. But benswank you're always cool in my books; Those kinda don't count for so much, those kinda people forget about you as soon as you stop goin' out of your way to keep in touch I think.
The downstairs is not too bad now, needs a little more cleaning. Jess said the toilet totally overflowed in the middle of the night the other night and it was scary!

i did finish the painting and assemble the furniture and clean the house and so i'm not totally useless maybe its great~
cottage time was fun, i always love the precambrian shield rocks with all their bigness and oldness and mossy growing things in different colours and i like the places where the moss is all soft and two feet deep on the ground its nice to stand in and lay on even if there is bugs
i saw a porcupine and deers and foxes and beavers and butterflies and birdies and all kinda things and i notice around every road and trail on high places people have been making inukshuk and inunguak, like all over the freaking place, it must be so trendy now? i mean there were always one or two even along 13 in the backwoods or whatev but now theys sprouting up like mushrooms. its cool i guess

an today i got up early like and did some stuff and i gotta do laundry and pack cos im goin off somplace yes again horray and i got bjj class tonight oh exciting lessons in kicking ass grarrrrr

i have to clean my house before saturday and finish a painting of shaws lodge in oils and i totally dont wanna anna annnnnna and i have a big cabinet thing from ikea thats still in the foyer since like two months ago cause ive not gotten anyone strong enough to get it up the stairs and remembered to ask them when i shoulda so probably i'll just take it out of the box and carry the parts up seperately

watchin the news a lot, it's pretty depressing
and there was this guy and he killed a bear with a knife near wawa poor ol' bear

run into this one guy at the drugstore i think his name's steve, sad i don't really remember after having classes with him for two years. he said he works at the burrito place near my house now he is using his art school skills to do the chalkboard menu so i should go check it out

i wanna know where all my wine glasses went and i think matt stole my blow-up 7th anniversary beer glass

he's a stealer i know because this black and white headshot photo once appeared on the mantel of bruce adler or somesuch just a rugged smiling man looks like a weather man and say "to Harriet, thanks for being so sweet! - Bruce (illegible)" and we never know where it came from til Lu told me he seen matt steal it from the bagel on queen street. so it might be why he didnt give a shit that he left so much stuff in our house if it was all stolen any way. shukkah

i had this dream with birds and people but i can't remember the most significant thing which was a construction of some sort and a feeling of looking up or being near the ceiling and I'm sure whatever it was, something fantastic but its good to be up in the air and its better than having teeth falling out or thsi one where i was throwing sharks at weasels

lofly Teija Tuulikki's in london now and her eyes are almost not working anymore no matter what she can do it must be hard to go blind slow by slow and not see in the dark at all but at least its better london that sotkamo where the winter has only a few daylight hours. i hope they make a cyborg way for her to see. wont see her again til 2008 dunno if she will be able to see me at all.

okay story time!

so the other day, was one really hot day, i was coming back from north york and walking down from broadview station to my house and there's usually a few crazies a long that way but i got to meet this extra special one. this fat lady she was talking to the air or anyone and saying all kind of stuff and then she started following me and talking to me as though i'd been there for the whole conversation and she said some nonsense about the goverment like what has MY GOVERNMENT done for me what has YOUR GOVERNMET DONE for me and i'm just like i dunno, nothin? and then she asked how much in counterfeit money I could get her because she smokes and she's too old to go to jail maybe a billion dollars maybe a trillion? then she was like what's your IQ maybe 35? haha. and then she asks 'who is that guy I am always showing my tits to? what was his name? oh right, michael dukakis.' and then she was lifting up her shirt so i ran away and went around the block so she wouldn't see where my house was. wtg? plus i also got to see the dirty lady who sits in front of the bank and she has lots of pigeon feathers in her hair now and also another lady with a large wound on her leg and she wanted money for a coffee but she was gross so i didn't give it. Yah I'm mean.

sos I'm bummed because mike isn't gonna be able to come to the cottage next week because of work and jonna's in northbay and kayser move to portland and lu can't go either because of work but he really gotta work cause his dad went bankrupt and his stepmom went psycho so his dad took their baby and went back to italy so lu's all on his own i guess i've never asked about his mom i think she's probably dead. we are going to get our band back together soon though hopefully and compete to be least in the public eye.

and in relevance some of my painting and prints might be for sale at magic pony come the end of august or september or so hey cooly and a weinerbunny shirt may be in the future for hardboiled inc hujjjah
